Working Here
We’re a small consultancy handling marketing strategy, web design and development, SEO, paid ads, and content for clients across 14 states and internationally. Small is deliberate: less hierarchy, faster decisions, and direct access to the person making them.
Every role here owns real client work with real consequences. You’ll have defined weekly goals, regular one-on-ones with the founder, and honest feedback on what to fix.

Marketing Operations Intern
A semester-long internship for a student who likes turning messy information into something clear.
A lot of good work in this business lives in Loom recordings, meeting notes, and scattered folders — client results, processes, testimonials, campaign wins. Your job is to turn that into organized, reusable marketing assets. You’ll get defined projects with clear weekly goals, not general admin work. Prior agency experience isn’t required.
What you’ll do
- Map and document repeatable marketing processes into SOPs and checklists
- Turn Loom recordings, meeting notes, and existing workflows into usable documentation
- Build a centralized proof library of testimonials, metrics, before-and-afters, and campaign wins
- Draft 3–5 one-page client case studies from company-provided information
- Build performance snapshots in Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity
- Organize internal marketing assets in Notion and Google Drive
Who this is for
Sophomores, juniors, and seniors studying marketing, communications, business, writing, entrepreneurship, operations, or management — though the major matters less than the way you think. Good fit if you:
- Enjoy organizing information and making messy things clear
- Write clearly and concisely
- Can work independently against a clearly defined goal
- Ask questions when you’re stuck instead of guessing
Open to candidates with U.S. work authorization, including students on CPT or OPT.
What you’ll walk away with
- 1–2 documented SOPs or checklists you built
- 3–5 anonymized case studies or proof pieces for your portfolio
- A measurable improvement to an internal system or asset library
- A written evaluation, plus résumé and LinkedIn feedback from the founder
- A professional reference for strong performers
Confidential client information is removed from anything you keep for your portfolio.
Support and mentorship
- Weekly 30–45 minute one-on-one working sessions with the founder
- Defined weekly goals so you always know what “done” looks like
- A structured midpoint review and a final project presentation
- Coaching on how to talk about this work in interviews
Skills you’ll build
- Marketing operations & strategy
- Process documentation and SOPs
- Case study writing
- Marketing analytics and reporting
- Proof and testimonial management
- Funnels and lead generation
- Internal knowledge management
- How a Fractional CMO runs client marketing
How to apply
Applications go through Handshake. Submit your résumé or Handshake profile, plus a response of 150 words or fewer to:
“Describe a time you turned something messy — notes, data, ideas — into a clear document or presentation. What did you do, and what changed as a result?”
Class projects, club work, and part-time jobs all count. We read for clear thinking more than a long list of experience.
