I’ve seen this book on so many book recommendation lists, websites, and from friends and peers. I’m very glad I finally got around to this as none of the reviews could do this justice. I love psychology and physiology as they are both methods in increasing self-awareness. My favorite philisophical quote, “Know thyself” is captured within this book.
Understanding our habits, why they occur and how to change them is the combination of the phyical and mental aspects of knowing oneself. Sound body, sound mind is a mantra of mine and creating sound habits is a way to accomplish this. If you’re lookingto improve your life and haven’t read this book yet, I urge you to go—right now—to the store (or on Amazon) and pick this book up. It will change your life.
